Nomination forms must be filed in-person as original signatures are required. These forms will be available in April 2018. The acceptance of complete nomination documentation will be taken once an appointment has been made with the Elections Office by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. To file a nomination, you must provide the following:
- A completed Nomination Form
- At least 25 declaration of endorsements (Mayor and Council candidates only)
- Current acceptable identification
- Nomination filling fee
The nomination form must be commissioned by a Notary or Commissioner of Oaths prior to filling it with the Town Clerk. Any documents that are not complete will not be accepted. You may file a nomination form beginning May 1, 2018 to July 27, 2018 ending at 2 p.m.
