2008 External Communications Survey
The Corporate Communications Office conducts external communications surveys every three years to gauge residents satisfaction level with the Town of Newmarkets external communications program. Conducting an external survey this year was identified as a key external communications objective in the 2008 Corporate Communications Strategic Plan.
In March 2008, Communications retained OraclePoll to conduct a telephone-based survey. A total of 252 randomly-selected Newmarket residents 18 years of age and older were interviewed. The margin of error for each 252 person survey is 6.2%, 19/20 times.
The 2008 external communications survey report is scheduled to be presented at Committee of the Whole on June 9, 2008. The complete survey results and report are available below:
