General Review Commitment Certificate and Owner's Letter of Undertaking

Under section 1.2.2 "General Review" of the Ontario Building Code "a person who intends to construct or have constructed a building required to be designed by an architect, professional engineer or both, shall ensure that an architect, professional engineer or both are retained to undertake the general review of the construction of the building."
