Incentive Program

Through the Newmarket Economic Development Advisory Committee (NEDAC) and its Newmarket Downtown Development Subcommittee (NDDS), the Town of Newmarket has established financial incentive programs to support the revitalization of Downtown Newmarket. This incentive package of interest-free loans, grants, property tax credits and other benefits is expected to contribute to the ongoing renewal of the Main Street District.
