Newmarket Riverwalk Commons ice rink is now open Monday to Sunday 9 am to 10:30 pm (weather permitting), from December 10, 2011 until March 18, 2012. It is located at Doug Duncan Drive. To check for updates on the status of the rink please call the Weather and Cancellation hotline at 1-877-PLAY936 (1-877-752-9936).
Please note: This rink is open to the public at no charge.

Men's Recreational Hockey League Standings and Stats
The Recreation and Culture Department's Program Division provides many activities for Newmarket residents including: swimming, skating, dance, fitness, exercise, arts & crafts, sports, summer day camps, theatre, special events and much more! Programs and activities are designed for all age groups and take place at a variety of locations throughout the Town. For information on registration deadlines, payment procedures, age restrictions, and refund, cancellation and transfer policies, please refer to the Department's Activity Guide.
You can register for most programs using Quik-E-Link. Drop boxes are available at the Ray Twinney Recreation Complex and the Town Municipal Offices. All forms placed in drop boxes will be manually processed in random order based upon applicant residency.
Some of our facilities include Elman W. Campbell Museum, Seniors' Meeting Place, Newmarket Theatre and Youth and Recreation Centre.
