Let’s show our local business community some love! The Town of Newmarket is launching the next Choose Local campaign with Buy More, Get More. This program will stretch your local dollars further by providing a 25% bonus on the purchase of Visa cash cards through the Hello Network valid at
more than 40 participating businesses throughout Newmarket.
How it works:
- Visit
Hello and purchase a Visa cash card that can be used at more than 40 local shops and restaurants. When you purchase the card, you will receive a 25% bonus (up to a $200 maximum purchase). For example if you purchase a $100 Visa cash card you will receive $125 value on the card.
- After purchasing online, you will receive the card in the mail within 5 to 7 business days
Wait…there’s more! As a gift back to the community and to spread some additional love and joy, the Town will also be distributing one hundred $25 gift cards for local businesses at Town events, Town buildings and via social media over the next month. You could be one of the lucky recipients!
The Choose Local campaign was created during the pandemic to provide additional support to local Newmarket businesses as they faced various challenges and uncertainties throughout COVID-19. As the pandemic stabilizes, it is equally important to continue to choose local, love local!

The maximum purchase amount is $200. Limited quantities are available for purchase.
Please note: Funds that you have loaded onto a card will not expire. The additional 25% bonus funds will expire one year from the date of purchase.
