6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Riverwalk Commons South (between Timothy Street and Water Street) (200 Doug Duncan Drive)
Don't miss this last opportunity to show off your carved Halloween pumpkin! We will be lining the path at Riverwalk Commons with all of Newmarket's master piece jack-o-lanterns.
It is free to drop off your pumpkin. We ask that everyone drop off their pumpkin on Friday, November 1 between the hours of 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.
Battery operated lights will be provided by the Town of Newmarket for the pumpkins.
We will be running some fun contests during the event with prizes. All event attendees are welcome to pick up a ballot and choose the carved creations that they think best suit the following categories:
- Jack of all Lanterns (Newmarket's Favourite)
- Scariest Pumpkin
- Cutest Pumpkin
- Most Creative Pumpkin
To be entered in the contest, pumpkins will need to be registered when they are dropped off (name and email required so we can contact winners after the event).
Don't have a pumpkin to bring? No problem, take a walk along the path, see all of Newmarket's pumpkins in one place and vote for your favourites.
Any pumpkins not picked up at 8:30 p.m. after the event has finished will be disposed of in the yard waste by the Town of Newmarket.
Newmarket is letting the Halloween spirit live for one more night!
