Her specialty is helping others understand how fitness and nutrition fits in her clients’ daily lives. Cathy likes to use nutrition to help fuel the body to stay healthy and weight lifting to help people get fit.
She enjoys helping others achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness. As a runner and an instructor of many running clinics, she can help you with a Learn-To- Run program, whether you are running a marathon or ultra running.
