For the last 20 years Mauricio has been developing and promoting fitness disciplines. He has maintained progressive learning, specializing in Personal Training and CORE Body Conditioning. Mauricio has been coaching clients to develop strength and endurance through customized individual programs and group sessions. He also leads Bootcamps and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
He works to motivate clients to achieve their goals and challenging them with effective, safe and fun sessions. Mauricio would like to continue enhancing the well-being of his clients and members by empowering them with the skills, guidance and resources to gain a healthier lifestyle, and to have fun while staying fit.
