The Newmarket Planning department processes and reviews Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Site Plan Approval, Subdivision and Condominium applications. Information on applications currently underway with the Planning Department is available below. Planning Applications are managed based on Planning Areas – North West (beige area on map below) and South East (blue area on map below). For additional information about an application contact the following staff based on area:
