  • Beat the heat and stay cool at a Newmarket facility / amenity

    Residents and members of the public looking to escape the warm temperatures this season can visit one of Newmarket’s facilities and amenities below during regular hours of operation. Please see below for details:

    Magna Centre (800 Mulock Drive) Monday to Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

    Ray Twinney Recreation Complex (100 Eagle Street West) Monday to Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

    Newmarket Public Library (474 Park Avenue) Monday: Closed
     Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9:30 a.m.     to 9 p.m.

     Friday and Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
     Sunday: 1 to 5 p.m.

    Those looking to cool down can also visit a Newmarket spray pad or one of Newmarket’s Swimming Pools during the public swim times. Please note that regular swim fees apply for all pools listed.
