We are hosting 5 Open Houses to introduce Tai Chi, the ancient art for modern health. Please join us and start your journey to better health, balance, and well-being. Instructors and members will be available to provide an overview, demonstrate some moves, and answer your questions. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing and try some moves with us! Everyone of all ages and skill levels welcome!
If you are unable to attend one of the Open Houses you are welcome to attend one of the classes in the first two weeks of classes. Regular classes begin the week following the Open Houses at the same time and location. Note class sizes are limited.
