The applicant is proposing to amend the Zoning By-law 2010-40 from the Residential Detached Dwelling 15M (R1-D) zone to a Site Specific Zone.
 
This application was deemed complete on January 27, 2026 under the Planning Act R.S.O., 1990. A map detailing the location of the subject land is on the bottom of this page.
 
Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket will hold an in-person and electronic Public Meeting on:
