As a former NCAA soccer player with years of coaching experience, Scott learned how to channel his natural leadership ability and team mentality into a personal training career.
With a Masters in High-Performance Sport, Scott brings motivational energy grounded in athleticism to his training. While studying in Spain, Scott was able to get away from the American idea of fitness and health and expand his horizons in terms of how he approaches them as a coach. His love of travel and experiencing different cultures has brought him across the world to experience multiple ways of living life, which have added to his knowledge.
Scott hopes to give back to his community and give them access to the health and fitness knowledge he didn't have. His background in sports gives him a unique understanding that fitness is not limited to bodybuilding and lifting weights. Scott's goal is to empower and educate his clients to have fitness be a part of their lifestyle, as opposed to feeling like it's a chore
