Wastewater Annual Performance Report

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation, and Parks (MECP) has introduced a new reporting method for Sewage Collection Systems. 

This method, known as the Consolidated Linear Infrastructure - Environmental Compliance Approval (CLI-ECA), replaces all existing Environmental Compliance Approvals (ECA) with a single overarching approval document for the Wastewater Collection System and another single overarching approval document for the Stormwater Collection System.
