The future park on the former Mulock Property embraces the site’s natural beauty, enhanced with space for active exploration, peaceful retreat, and an opportunity to inspire and be inspired by the arts.
2026 is the year you’ll get to explore the park that thousands of fellow residents helped to shape during the community visioning process.
Later this year, the Town will welcome residents and visitors to discover a new green oasis set under a gorgeous tree canopy at a key corner of urban Newmarket. The storied property, once referred to as the Mulock Estate or Mulock Farm, will become a community hub, a space to come together, or enjoy quiet moments, to discover art and soak up nature.
The Mulock Park Project is the town’s most significant capital project and will become one of Newmarket’s largest parks and public gathering spaces.
