No Show Policy
Failure to attend a pre-registered drop in will result in a $10 no show fee added to your account.
All pre-registered drop-in programs (Aqua Fit, Group Fit, Badminton, Pickleball & Volleyball) will no longer have a waitlist option.

How to Withdraw
Can no longer attend a pre-registered drop in program you have registered for? No problem! Withdrawals for any pre-registered drop-in program can occur up to the start of your program. Out of courtesy to others, please only sign up for classes in which you intend to participate for the entire duration.
Withdrawals can be completed online through your Xplor Account or by calling our Customer Service Kiosk at 905-953-5303 or 905-953-5301. Alternatively, you can also reach us via email at
