There are many ways to contact the Town of Newmarket! Resident concerns are handled by a team of customer service associates, who either provide the information to the customer or create a service request that is directed to the appropriate department for handling.
In addition to the Newmarket Customer Services department at Municipal Offices, Customer Service is also available at the Magna Centre, Ray Twinney Recreation Complex, and Newmarket Seniors Meeting Place Kiosks.

After hours callers are provided the option of leaving a message in the Customer Services voicemail box, which is handled the next business day.
You can also contact our after-hours line for urgent municipal matters that require immediate attention by calling 905-895-5193 and pressing 3 to reach our after-hours service. If you require Fire, Police or Ambulance, call 911.
