What you need to know

  • To guarantee your spot, pre-register at newmarket.perfectmind.com.
  • Pre-registration for the week opens on Sunday at 8 a.m. for Residents and 10 a.m. for Non-Residents.
  • Walk-in registrations are permitted if space allows.
  • A 10 minute grace period will be provided to all pre-registered players. After that, your spot may be given away.  
  • Failure to attend a pre-registered drop in will result in a $10 no-show fee added to your account.
  • Pickleball ranking system can be viewed here.
  • Drop-in program sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should the Town of Newmarket cancel programs and/or program sessions beyond the control of our participants, a credit will be processed to your account.

Waitlists, withdrawals and how to book a program

Outdoor pickleball courts

We have six locations for outdoor pickleball:  

  • Environmental Park (325 Woodspring Avenue). Three temporary pickleball courts with portable nets shared with basketball on a multi purpose sports court. 
  • Glen Cedar Park (880 Wayne Drive). Tennis courts have pickleball lines painted within the tennis lines to allow for dual purpose courts, using the tennis nets.
  • Haskett Park (162 Queen Street). Tennis courts have pickleball lines painted within the tennis lines to allow for dual purpose courts, using the tennis nets.
  • Joe Persechini Park (385 McCaffrey Road). Two tennis courts offering six temporary pickleball courts with portable nets.
  • Proctor Park (277 Primrose Lane). Two dedicated pickleball courts. 
  • Quaker Park (140 William Roe Boulevard).  Six dedicated pickleball courts
