Service Disruption:
The Mercedes-Benz Newmarket Water Feature will be closing each Thursday as of 6 a.m. in preparation for that evening's concert. The water feature will reopen on the following Friday morning at 9 a.m.
Road Closure:
Timothy Street, from Doug Duncan Drive to Cedar Street, will be closed each Thursday in preparation for that evening's concert.
Photo & Video Release
Media and Town of Newmarket staff will be taking photos and video footage at Town of Newmarket Special Events. These images may be used, re-used and published in news stories, social media and on websites, in addition to distributed to our event partners.
Food and Beverage Vendor Application
We are now accepting applications for food and beverage vendors to operate within the licensed event area. Vendors interested in participating in one or more concert dates are invited to complete the attached application form and submit it by Monday, May 11, 2026 at 4:30 p.m.
Applications may be submitted by email or dropped off to my attention at the Municipal Offices
(395 Mulock Drive, Recreation Department).
