At PIC #3, the project team will review background information and feedback from previous PICs and present the problem/opportunity statement, the recommended solution, the recommended land use and transportation concept, and alternative design concepts.We encourage you to attend this PIC to learn more and provide your thoughts on how Shining Hill Secondary Plan should be developed.
