The Mammogram Awareness Raffle event is an online raffle open to anyone who can provide proof of a recent or upcoming mammogram appointment in a 2 year range. By filling out this form: https://form.jotform.com/243465528428262, you have a chance to win a variety of prizes from local stores. 4 winners will receive an email letting them know they have won. There is a total of 4 raffle prizes: $25 Food Basics/Metro gift card, $50 Vince's Market gift card, and 2x $50 value Farm Boy gift baskets. This is a Pickering College student-run event with the goal of improving knowledge and participation in breast cancer screenings to work our way towards better health for our community.
