The Town of Newmarket will be hosting its spring e-waste (electronic waste) and battery recycling event at the R.N. Shelton Operations Centre (1275 Maple Hill Court) on Saturday, May 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event will take place as a drive-thru style / drop-off event where residents are invited to drop-off their unwanted electronic items such as TVs, DVD players, computers, laptops, and cell phones as well as household batteries.
