Caregiver Support Fair

Southlake Health and the Northern York South Simcoe Ontario Health Team are collaborating to host a Caregiver Support Fair,

This dedicated event is focused on supporting and empowering caregivers in our community. It aims to help caregivers better navigate the health and social care system while connecting them with local programs, services, and resources. We are pleased to share that 29 organizations have signed up to host information booths. The event will also include presentations, wellness activities, and opportunities for one-on-one guidance and support for caregivers.
