Availability - Required for all Dates

Please confirm your availability for ALL dates and times listed below. Scare actors must be available to participate in the full program, including orientation, costume fitting, training/rehearsal and all three event nights.

Wednesday, October 14 – 5 to 6 p.m. - Virtual Orientation
Tuesday, October 20 - 5 to 7 p.m. – In Person Costume Fitting
Wednesday, October 21 - 5 to 9 p.m. – Dress Rehearsal and Training
Thursday, October 22 - 5 to 11 p.m. – Event Date No. 1
Friday, October 23 - 5 to 11 p.m. – Event Date No. 2
Saturday, October 24 - 5 to 11 p.m. – Event Date No. 3

Volunteer Commitment

Scare actors are required to attend all orientation, costume fitting, training/rehearsal and event dates listed above.
Appropriate training, costume/uniform and meals will be provided by the Town of Newmarket.
The Haunted Halloween Trail takes place outdoors at Environment Park, 325 Woodspring Avenue.
