Shining Hill Collection Estates Inc. has initiated a Secondary Plan process and a Schedule C Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) for the lands identified as Shining Hill in Newmarket.
Residents of Newmarket are invited to this developer-let Public Information Centre. This public meeting will provide background information, present existing conditions and discuses and explore the goals and aspirations for the new community. Additional public meetings are planned in place for this project.
