Following a month-long strike, Canada Post (postal) services have resumed at the Town of Newmarket. Town of Newmarket issued public notices, bills and other documents such as the 2025 Waste and Recycling Calendar that were previously sent out may take several weeks to arrive due to a backlog at Canada Post. NT Power has resumed processing water and hydro bills, and Newmarket Property Tax bills will be mailed out in early 2025.
