NT Power will be hosting an Electricity Assistance Program Information Session on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Newmarket Public Library (438 Park Ave.) in the Multi-Purpose Room. This session will allow customers to learn and ask questions about the options available for assistance, eligibility requirements and how to apply for support. Topics will include the following:
- Ontario Electricity Support Program
- Low Income Energy Assistance Program
- Affordability Fund and more
Customers who are unable to attend the session are welcome to reach out to the NT Power customer service team using a contact form by visiting ntpower.ca/assistance. A recording of the sessions will also be shared via NT Power social platforms after the session and available online.
